the included breakfast was acceptable. it had a sufficient variety of options.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I found hair from previous guests. the noise from the nearby bar was excessive. Sleep was difficult, i asked the staff to reduce the volume but there was no change. also, the air conditioning made a loud noise throughout the night.

The location was amazing, just beside a hip part of the city near the canals. there is a great shopping strip nearby with interesting stores! the hotel interior is very nice with vintage and contemporary decor. I loved it.

The bar staff were pretty hopeless. I found them surly. they were slow and unwelcoming. it felt amateurish.
